Last night's dinner was so bad I didn't have the heart to post. Tried a new recipe and YUCK. We ate enough to break our fast and dumped the rest. So anyway...
Sunday: YUCK
Monday: Healthy Mexican Sweet Potatoes (so yummy, and gluten-free if you need a good meal for celiac friends/family)
Tuesday: Turkey Pot Pie
Wednesday: Spaghetti
Thursday: Pizza Puffs
Friday: Church party (making 100 baked potatoes :))
Saturday: Vegetarian Chili
I'm totally going to try those sweet potatoes. They remind me of the Southwest Stuffed bell peppers recipe from Our Best Bites. Yum...
