Here are a couple that are the favorites at our house.
French Bread Chicken Bake
French Bread 1 Can of chicken (or already cooked and shredded chicken) 1/4 C of Cole Slaw dressing (I usually guess so if you need more or less go for it) 1/4 Mayo (I usually guess so if you need more or less go for it) Slices of Swiss Cheese
Cut the top off of the french bread, mix the chicken and sauces together. Pile the mixture on bigger half of the bread and lay Swiss chesse over top. Bake at 375 until warm (5-10 minutes) then Broil until the cheese is bubbly. Cut and Enjoy!
Of course the easy
Spaghetti Tacos Loaded Quesdilla (Beans, lunch meat, cheese. Pile together and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cook until cheese is melted and tortillas are browned)
